These terms govern access to and use of Vask as a digital marketplace platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Vask, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Vask Privacy Policy.
Platform Overview & Intermediary Status
Vask operates as an intermediary under Section 2(1)(w) and Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. Vask does not own or sell products, process payments, or act as a broker, logistics provider, escrow, or transaction guarantor.
Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into contracts, and must provide accurate and complete account information.
Listings, Requests & Storefronts
Users are responsible for the accuracy of listings, the legitimacy and ownership of products, and compliance with applicable laws when posting listings, requests, or storefront information.
Transactions, Payments & Safety
Vask does not process or facilitate payments between users and is not responsible for fraud, payment disputes, delivery issues, or product quality. Users should avoid advance payments to unknown users, never scan a QR code to receive money, and meet in safe public locations where possible.
Prohibited Activities
Users must not create fake accounts, impersonate others, sell illegal goods, promote scams or fraud, share harmful links or malware, upload unlawful content, or engage in harassment, abuse, or threats on the platform.
Moderation, Suspension & Enforcement
Vask reserves the right to remove content, restrict accounts, suspend users, or permanently terminate accounts for fraudulent conduct, illegal activity, repeated policy violations, platform abuse, or safety risks.
Limitation of Liability
Vask shall not be liable for financial losses, fraudulent transactions, delivery failures, product disputes, or other losses arising from user-to-user transactions conducted through the platform.
Law Enforcement Cooperation
Vask may preserve, disclose, or provide user information where legally required for law enforcement investigations, court orders, government requests, or fraud prevention.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and policies are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Vasco, Goa, India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the use of the platform.
