  • User-generated content
  • Listings
  • Transactions
  • Third-party interactions
  • Offline meetings
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Service interruptions

Since Vask acts solely as an intermediary technology platform and does not participate in transactions between users, all interactions and transactions occur entirely at users' own risk.

Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vask, JJS Technologies, its founders, affiliates, employees, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, penalties, and legal expenses arising from:

  • Violation of Platform policies
  • Illegal conduct
  • Fraudulent activities
  • Intellectual property violations

Termination & Account Suspension

Vask reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts for:
