Data Sharing
Vask does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed where legally required or where needed for fraud prevention, compliance, safety, dispute handling, or lawful enforcement purposes.
Communications & Safety
Users should never share OTPs, passwords, banking credentials, or UPI PINs through the platform. Vask may review communications where required for fraud prevention, user safety, or legal compliance.
Data Retention
As described in the revised documentation: account data may be retained until deletion, listings until removed, chat records for up to 180 days, technical logs for up to 180 days, and fraud-related records for as long as legally required.
Your Rights
You may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of personal data, or withdrawal of consent where applicable.

We implement reasonable security measures, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Vask is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. Vask maintains a zero-tolerance approach to child exploitation, child sexual abuse material, and grooming activity, and suspected illegal conduct may be reported to authorities.
