Vask is owned and operated by JJS Technologies. The founders listed in the revised legal documentation are Jeremy John Silva and Jarvis Silva. The platform operates from Vasco, Goa, India, and provides technology that helps users connect within local communities nationwide.
Intermediary Status
Vask operates solely as an intermediary technology platform under Section 2(1)(w) and Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. Vask does not initiate transmissions, select receivers, modify information transmitted through the platform, or act as a broker, dealer, logistics provider, payment gateway, or escrow service. It also does not own, purchase, sell, store, or deliver products listed by users.
Eligibility & User Responsibility
Users must be at least 18 years old, be legally capable of entering into contracts, and provide accurate and complete information. Users are also responsible for password security, OTP confidentiality, and activity conducted through their account.
Safety & Transactions
Users remain responsible for verifying product details, seller authenticity, pricing, ownership, and product condition before completing any transaction. Vask does not guarantee that every user is genuine or trustworthy, and users should avoid unsafe payments, impersonation, fraud, and suspicious activity on the platform.
